All three benefice parishes have adopted the guidelines of the Church of England and the Diocese in particular, 'Promoting a Safer Church'.

Safeguarding

West Purbeck Benefice takes its responsibilities surrounding the safeguarding of children, young people, and adults who may be at risk very seriously, and works in partnership with the Diocese of Salisbury to ensure that we work in accordance with best practice at all times.

Parish Safeguarding Policies:

Each safeguarding policy is accessible by that Parish's link on the Home Page (see the menu at the top of all pages on this website, including this one - scroll up to the top on any page to see it). A link is also posted below.

If you have any Safeguarding questions or concerns you can contact the relevant Parish Safeguarding Officer via the details on that parish's website and reproduced on the poster above.

Alternatively you can contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, Heather Bland, on 07500 664800 or email heather.bland@salisbury.anglican.org
