Isn't it good to see so many signs of spring with leaves appearing on trees and flowers in the verges? Mothering Sunday is this weekend - did you know the meaning of Mothering Sunday is a day to honour one's mother church? Traditionally people were baptised on this day as children of the church. This year we will mark Mothering Sunday with a United Benefice Eucharist at West Lulworth. The service is at 10.30 am - don't forget, the clocks go forward on Sunday!
